Terms of use
These terms apply when you download or use an app published by BA'RA – Max Energic Apps. We've tried to make them readable. If anything is unclear, ask us.
Using the apps
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our apps on devices you own or control. Please don't use them for anything illegal, try to break or reverse-engineer them, or use them to harm other people or their devices.
You need to be at least 13 to use our apps. If an app has a higher age rating on Google Play, that rating applies.
Purchases and subscriptions
Google Play sells and bills in-app purchases and subscriptions, under Google Play's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy, but email us and we'll help where we reasonably can.
Online features
Please play fair in online modes, leaderboards and community stories. We may remove content, reset scores or suspend accounts that cheat, harass other players, or post illegal or abusive content.
Notes on specific apps
Cycylr is for tracking and general information only. It isn't a medical device or a method of contraception, and it doesn't replace advice from a doctor.
PrivatraVPN makes you safer on untrusted networks, but it doesn't make you anonymous. Wherever you use it, you are responsible for following the law.
SmartBlock decides what to block using rules and on-device detection, and these can be wrong. It may sometimes block a call or message you wanted, or miss a scam. If you are expecting something, check the spam folder and the blocked-call log.
ModbusBB can write values to real industrial equipment. Only use it on systems you are authorised to work on, and follow your site's safety procedures. Test writes on a simulator first.
No warranty
The apps are provided "as is". We work hard to keep them reliable, but we can't promise they'll be error-free or always available. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data or lost profits, caused by using the apps or being unable to use them. Some countries don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Ownership
The apps, their code, artwork and names belong to BA'RA – Max Energic Apps. Content you create, such as your stories in Last Text, stays yours. When you publish it in the app, you allow us to host it and show it to other players.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we'll mention it in an app update or on this page. If you keep using the apps after a change, you accept the new terms.
