Everyone knows 3×3 tic-tac-toe ends in a draw. XOClash keeps the game you know and then changes the rules. You get bigger boards, and Ultimate, with nine boards in one. There is Gravity, and marks that vanish after a few turns. In Reverse, three in a row loses.
Play the AI offline, pass the phone between up to four players, or climb the online ranks from Bronze to Grandmaster.
What it does
16 modes
Classic from 3×3 up to 6×6, Ultimate, Gravity, Power-ups and Royale (2–4 players), plus Vanishing, Reverse, Wild, Shifting and Numbers.
Ranked online play
Ranked matches in nine modes, from Bronze to Grandmaster, with global, weekly and friends leaderboards.
Tournaments
Free cups every two hours, the Grand Cup, Arena Rush and a 32-player Weekend Championship. Private rooms for friends.
Adventure and puzzles
A 30-level adventure across three worlds with boss fights, a Daily Challenge and 30 puzzles.
Offline and local play
AI at three difficulty levels, and pass-and-play, with no connection needed.
Collect and customise
Over 100 skins, boards and effects, and 55 achievements. Progress is saved to Google Play Games.
Your data
For online matches, XOClash stores a guest account ID and your game progress on our server, plus your Play Games ID if you sign in. Ads are served by Google AdMob, with a consent prompt where required. To delete your account and progress, email us.
Questions people ask
Can I play XOClash offline?
Yes. Every mode can be played against the AI (Easy, Medium or Hard) or pass-and-play with no connection. You only need to be online for ranked games, tournaments and friends.
What is Ultimate tic-tac-toe?
It is a 3×3 grid of 3×3 boards. The square you play in decides which small board your opponent has to play in next. Win three small boards in a row to win the game.
Do I need XO Pass?
No. Every mode is free. XO Pass is an optional subscription with extra rewards and cosmetics. You can cancel it any time in Google Play.
How do I play with a friend?
Add them with their friend code and send an invite, or create a private room. You can also watch your friends' matches live.
